Our hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. All Chassis are made to order with a turnaround time of XX weeks, therefore shipping time will vary. We will notify all Chassis customers once their order is ready for shipment. Parts listed on our website that are in stock can ship the same day, if the order is placed by 1:00 PM EST. We ship all of our packages via UPS. If you prefer your shipment to be sent through a different carrier please note shipping rates may be higher than what is listed at checkout.

Most online orders are shipped the same day if ordered by 1:00 PM EST; Common freight (truck) orders ship within 3 working days.
